Puppy Agreement :
We require that the new puppy visits a Vet within 3 business days after he/she arrives
in their new home. This way your Vet can give him/her an exam. Also you can ask about vaccination schedule , ear
cropping, and spay/neutering .
Moving to a new home can very stressful on a puppy. After your new puppy arrives you should
look for signs of diarrhea ,loss of appetite . All are minor as long as they get caught early. If left unchecked they can
cause your puppy serious and unnecessary problems. Failure to have your puppy checked in an appropriate time will void
your guarantee.
The new owner agrees to continue immunizations and health care as recommended by
his/hers vet. If pup is to be sold, breeder is to be given first option to buy puppy, if breeder then declines then breeder
must be notified with new owners address and phone number.
The new owner agrees that if puppy is picked up by any animal service and is not
claimed , breeder will claim puppy and hold for 2 weeks while trying to contact new owner. If thenew owner does
not claim puppy within those 2 weeks then new owner gives up all rights to breeder and is able to place puppy
in an adoptive home. This is without any reimbursement to the new owner of any kind , if puppy is claimed from breeder
then the new owner is responsible for all expenses.
This puppy is not to be bred to any WZ Dobermans. If female pup is bought on full registration the
new puppy owner agrees not to breed female until its 2nd heat or later. The new puppy owner also agrees
not to breed female more than once per rolling calender year ( every other heat ) . This will cause repossession of
female plus damages to breeders reputation of $1000.00 per infraction.
